Development Chemist

We now require a Development Chemist to join our product development team. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing synthetic chemical and purification processes for our new product pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Development Chemist will work closely with our QC, and Production functions in developing safe, cost effective, reliable manufacturing processes delivering high quality products. This is a role which involves mainly laboratory work, both synthetic and analytical.

Education and Experience

Production Chemist

We now require a Production Chemist to join our manufacturing team. You will play a key role in chemical synthesis and purification processes for our products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manufacture products in line with Batch Manufacturing Procedures and cGMP guidelines.

  • Documentation of all manufacturing activities by completion of batch manufacturing records, supporting documentation and equipment logbooks.

  • Document any deviations from approved procedures and assist Production Manager and Quality Assurance in the investigation of same.

  • Meet manufacturing targets while maintaining compliance with SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Procedures and cGMP guidelines.

Education and Experience

We now require a QC Analyst to join our quality team. You will play a key role in analytical release and stability testing of products manufactured on site at TopChem Pharmaceuticals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine release of raw materials, APIs and intermediates.

  • Participate in activities associated with analytical method and process validations.

  • Complete Stability testing.

  • Participate in quality and continuous improvement activities within the QC Laboratory.

Quality Assurance Specialist

We now require a QA Specialist to join our quality team. You will play a key role in in ensuring quality standards are adhered to within the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help maintain an appropriate Quality System.

  • Documentation review and approval.

  • Manage process materials on site.

  • Supplier Qualification with input from Area Managers.

  • Management of production equipment and areas.

  • Release of Batch paperwork to production.

  • Ensure compliance to approved quality standards.

  • Co-ordination of in-house equipment maintenance, calibration and validation activities.

  • Completion of Internal Audits.
